Process Governance Consulting Group (PGC Group) consultants have many years of experience providing implementation and support services to help organizations prepare for a CMMI implementation. Our consultants have the knowledge to help organizations achieve CMMI Maturity / Capability Level 5. 

Prior to joining PGC Group, in the early 2000s one of our consultant’s participated on the CMMI pilot project and provided implementation solutions to help an earlier adopter achieve Maturity Level 5 to the full model scope.
